Coach Joey is the founder and President of JWL Baseball. He has been coaching high school level athletes for over 5 years starting at Lake View High School as the varsity pitching coach and for many travel teams . Before he was coaching Coach Joey played college baseball locally at South Suburban College, and then at Kentucky Wesleyan College where he finished his degree in Sports and Fitness Management. After College Coach Joey played 2 years as a starting and relief pitcher at the professional independent level for the York Revolution and Billings Mustangs.

Coach Adrian is the current strength and conditioning coach for Lake View High School's track and field team. He has been coaching discus and shotput throwers for over 8 years. In 2024 Coach Adrian had athletes place 1st in the men's discus at the CPS city championship, 1st in woman's JV discus and shot put at the CPS city championship. Over 20 of his throwers have top five finishes and eight top ten finishes in IHSA sectionals.
